Stability/instability issues for two-fluid interfaces

 
This short course is devoted to simple considerations on the stability of the interface between two fluids. With simple tools, we will exhibit the main phenomena responsable for possible (Kelvin-Helmholtz) instabilities and explain qualitatively the main steps of the full nonlinear analysis.
